The SC on Friday pronounced former Ranbaxy promoters Malvinder Singh & Shivinder Singh guilty in a case filed by Japanese firm Daiichi Sankyo. Daiichi had filed a petition against the Singh brothers on non-payment of Rs 3,500 arbitration award.
